The Awash Bank is located in Lideta and is the second largest branch next to its head office. The project was acquired through a design competition. It has two basement parking floors and a ground plus ten floors above ground.
The building is organized around a serious of ramps inside and around the building. the lowers levers are used for commercial functions. The upper floors allocated for office functions are arranged around an open court adorned by a sky light.
The excavated rock is left exposed at the basement levels. A skylight showers these rock surfaces providing a beautiful parking experience.
